Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows, and turns into warm to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it sit for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted.  More methods  must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or stir your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

Strength - 3 is soft and easygoing, perfect for relaxing weekends.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has the sweet scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a silky mouth feel that caresses the palate. The cocoa hints can be traced back to a winters day spent on the sofa with a good book and a hug from the family. To brew the coffee, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to stop the coffee from extracting too much and creating unwanted elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has just boiled. Then let it sit for 4 minutes, plunge and enjoy.
